Someone start another thread so I can select some more desert island discs.  It's going to be lonely out there on the island with just some coconuts and a turntable, so I want to stock up.

Only Five ??  I have to cheat

I would create a cd which has all my favorite one off tracks from various artists.  But artist by artist the cd's I would have are:

Pink Floyd - DSOTM

Yes - TOTTO

ELP - Welcome Back

Chris Rea - On the Beach

David Bowie - Ziggy Stardust

My choices:

J.S. Bach`s Goldberg Variations performed by Glen Gould

Yes - CTTE

Genesis- SEBTP

Dream Theater - Images and Words

Miles Davis - Kind of Blue

Hmmm, can I make a compromise and take my hold Van der Graaf Generator collection with me?

No?

Oh well.

VdGG - Pawn Hearts
VdGG - Still Life
VdGG - H to He
Caravan - In The Land Of Grey And Pink
Alamaailman Vasarat - (the album that begins with a K!)

I'm not happy, I want more.  No King Crimson, no White Willow, The Tangent, Soft Machine, Opeth...
