From the list either TMV - Frances The Mute or VDGG - Present.
So I'm gonna go with Sigur Ros - Takk

Room V got my vote, closely followed by Deadwing.... Riverside is currently in the post, but I LOVE the MP3 track on this site, so I have great expectations...
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

I would have to say that the best album of 2005 is probably "Frances the Mute" by The Mars Volta.  They are the most unique band around today.

I cant believe it, I've only heard 3 of those albums (Deadwing, Octavarium, FTM) and of these FTM is the best, the other two pale in comparison DT and PT's earlier works.
