I'll go in the minority and vote for BE. This concept is amazingly deep, can be looked at from MANY different points of view, I love the music, the lyrics, the ideas....in a way the ultimate concept for me. Because it has a HUGE lifespan.
EDIT: I also love SFaM but I'm not fond of the story and the concept.

Sure, scenes is outstanding, but on the subject of prog metal concept albums, Ayreon's Human Equation really blew me away. Arjen is amazing. Also listen to Into the Electric castle by Ayreon.

I don't mean to anger fans of PoS(I love them) but I think Be's concept is convoluted,confusing and pretentious.
