Best Harmonium album

You'r cruel... a very difficult choice here 

But I voted for "L'Heptade" cause it's difinitly the most accomplished work at the semiological level that's Harmonium reached... but "Si on avait besoin d'une cinquième saison" is also an awesome effort...

I would call it folk prog too,( like the other two) but it is more song oriented

This album , just 5 saisons , has been accompanying love-making sessions in the last 30 years in my life

And their debut is maybe the best way to introduce a non-prog fan to Harmonium, then get him/her over to 5 Saisons, before heading towards Genesis

I voted "Si ut..." because it's simply amazing. I've heard the lyrics are very good too, and if anyone could help me out by PM me with translated (English) versions of the lyrics I'd be eternally grateful. BTW I've only heard L'Heptade all the way through 4 times or so...whenever I hear it I think "Hmmm I'd like to hear 'Sit ut..' right now..." and i go listen to it!

The first album had very little prog IMHV. Maybe it's because I live in Quebec,where the songs of the first album like "Pour un instant" and "Un musicien parmi tant d'autres" are heard very often on the commercial radio since 30 years.The same cited songs also featuring in every 24th of june in every Saint-Jean Baptiste show and firecamp guitar jamboree (national day in Quebec).I think the first album put a shade on the 2 others, at least in Quebec where the majority of the population(and not prog listeners) know the first album but not the two others.To add to the insult,The same 2 songs I mentionned from the eponymous album are interpreted by Star Academie participants (the french equivalent of American or Canadian Idols)and when a song is played there, that mean they are very popular songs.

The live "En tournée" album is excellent and personnally like it better than L'Heptade.The arrangements are more powerful, more jazz-rock oriented and the keyboards are more present than the original (wich is very good too!).
