What does that mean? Does it mean you fried the eggs over an easy cooker or that it was overly easy to fry them?
Either way, it seems that you don't have any problem frying eggs.
Do you ever have any problem boiling them?

It's an egg that is not fried for too long(about a minute).
So when you puncture the yolk with a fork the yolk is still runny but the whites are fully cooked.
I dip my toast in the egg yolk.
My daughter thinks it's gross.

Nice! I like that. Have you ever had fried egg on buttered toast? When you puncture the yolk, it runs all over the bread and the bread tastes great afterwards.
