I've discovered a lot of bands here, but the one that I love the most at the moment (and I'm listening to now) is Aphrodite's Child. I ORDER you if you haven't done so already to give their album 666 a go. It's brillllllliant.

And Jesus said unto John, "come forth and receive eternal life..."
Unfortunately, John came fifth and was stuck with a toaster.

I think I responded to this question already (on this thread? in another?)
Here are my favourite discoveries:
NEUSCHWANSTEIN - Battlement
GRYPHON - Red Queen To Gryphon Three (Thanks Martin!)
COMUS - First Utterance
NOVALIS - Sommerabend
POLLEN - Pollen
and throw in a bunch of CAMEL, NEKTAR and RENAISSANCE to round out the bunch!

Marmalade...I like marmalade.

The band i like the most that i discover in PA is Anglagaard. They are just great.
Gentle Giant, Klaus Schulze, Renaissance, after-Fish Marrillion are bands that i heard about but never listen to them before i read the reviews in PA.

Van Der Graaf Generator of course. And Peter Gabriel Genesis. If it weren't for progarchives I never would have realized this band had such an awesome past that was so different from the stuff I heard on the radio.

Can. I'd heard of them, but never heard them before I started lurking around here. I now own 4 cd's and am planning on more. Great stuff!
