Heard snippets of 666. Just wondering if it's worth buying!

I think it has its moments, but generally I'm not that keen. I may have to revisit it, as I've heard so many good things. My favourite track is 'The four Horsemen'
Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

I'd say it was one of the greatest double albums of the genre; there's certainly nothing out there that sounds remotely like '666' and it's all the better for that.

Yeah! buy it a masterpiece for me.
It's a shame that my version is just 1 cd with the track: All the seats were occupied is about 11 minutes!! when the real time is 19, and the track: Break is not on the album

Haha, yes, it is weird, I bet I can guess which of that 2% you don't like!  A certain track on disc 2!

My favourite double album. All The Seats Were Occupied is an amazing finale where Vangelis uses all the music on the other three sides to create a new epic. The album was recorded in 1971 and came before all the famous prog double albums like Lamb Lies Down On Broadway and TFTO and clearly had an influence.Pink Floyd also took note at the time.

Presumably that would be 'The Orgasm Song' although it was intended to be an exorcism of a demon (I think)

I think it's an orgasm combined with the pain of a childbirth.

Yes, that's the one, I rather like it, but I'm odd!

There's some great guitar playing on that album.
