From the list I'd go with Hot Rats.

But my "Holy Trinity" consists of Hot Rats, Uncle Meat, and One Size Fits All. Could be any one of these three at any given moment.

To make a top 5, add Burnt Weeny Sandwich and The Grand Wazoo.

And to round out a top ten, add Waka Jawaka, Roxy And Elsewhere, Zappa In New York, Shut Up And Play Your Guitar, and Them Or Us.

I seem to recall FZ stating on more than one occasion that his favorite album was Lumpy Gravy.

I don't ever recall reading or hearing that FZ hated Hot Rats.
