veggie madras and mushroom rice

I've noticed that the strengh of curries varies a great deal around the UK though.
sometimes a madras in another area could taste like a vindaloo from my local other times it's like regular weak curry.

madras, vindaloo & very occasional Phall.

Indian food is the most popular dish in the UK now, apart from in Scotland where they deep fry everything.

That is why as a nation we love soft toilet rolls.
