I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive

I drink only some milk (normally with coffee, the typical Brazilian coffee-and-milk, 'café-com-leite' ) but also as a Brazilian I ingest a lot of dairy products.

I avoid it. It's very bad for health.
I use soja milk instead. Goat milk is a little better, but the best is to avoid both.
And it's a legend that milk is good for bones, cause it contains calcium. Vegetables and fruits contain far more calcium and are perfectly digestible, contary to milk.

Yaourt are less nocive also (cause it's fermented).
Cow cheese is bad for health also.
Goat cheese is better.

Each one makes his choices.
I prefer not to drink milk and eat/drink/smoke/vaporize my plants...BTW, i've created a very fine receipt including soja milk, Hash, green tea and honey.

I think I drink too much milk. Even when I'm dying of thirst, I have to conciously choose water because if I didn't I'd get milk instead.
