What is your favorite song from the two post-Gabriel albums - A Trick of the Tail & Wind and Wuthering?
Strangers passing in the street by chance two separate glances meet and I am you and what I see is me. And do I take you by the hand and lead you through the land and help me understand the best I can

Probably One for the Vine.  I never really cared much for post-Gabriel Genesis, but I find that song to be quite a nice composition.

"Mastodon sucks giant monkey balls."

I can't choose between One for the Vine and Eleventh Earl of Mar, both are mini epics.

Mad Man Moon.

It is even my Genesis song period. (actually it is my all-time favourite song of any genre).

Los Endos is brilliant, also Afterglow.

I vote Los Endos because nobody voted for it yet

One for the Vine - it's a song that tops most of Gabriel era songs.
The only songs I consider to be better or at the same rank are 'Firth of Fifth' and 'Dancing with the Moonlit Knight'.
The best song from ATOTT is 'Dance on a Volcano' and 'Los Endos' put together but not like on Seconds Out - the best part from DOAV was left out.

Honorable mention... "Inside and Out"....

Squonk got my vote, but in fact I could have voted almost any of those great songs.

I find myself absolutely loving the end of Wind and Wuthering lately.

I think "Unquiet Slumbers for the Sleepers..., ...in that Quiet Earth", and Afterglow flow amazingly into another. These three songs together could have even been combined and considered a closing epic for the album.

I've considered that as well

usually long songs should be broken up, but this is a case where they really do fit beautifully

'One for the Vine'

Difficult choice though. I love most of those songs, and I think 'And then there were three' should have been included in the selection. I think there are some classic post Gabriel songs on that album; 'Down & Out' 'Undertow' 'Burning Rope'

Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!
