It should be orangutang or panda or the golden tamarin since they're endangered species... like prog
From the list I vote for elephant cause it reminds me King Crimson and their 'elephant talk'.

definitely the turtle.. but not the kind you see in aquariums..
i mean the one that roam the seas.,, i forgot the exact name, but it has to be a sea turtle!
it can live both on land and in water, like prog, it is endangered, its mysterious (like, how the hell they find the right destination for them to lay their eggs? and the most prog thing bout this dude is that, it can retract in to its "Solitary Shell"..
but then again the snow goose is definitely prog
