Jethro Tull with Thick as a Brick and A Passion Play, both albums all about the epic.

Porcupine Tree's "The Sky Moves Sideways" is very enjoyable.
But Supper's Ready has this great part with "Mum to mud to mad to dad, dad diddley office, dad diddley office".
By Yes I only know CTTE which I don't find very Epic.
I'll go with PT because they haven't received a vote yet =(

As much as I love "Supper's Ready", "Shine On You Crazy Diamond", "Echoes", "The Plague Of The Lighthouse Keepers" or other stuff, it has to be YES: "Close To The Edge", "Gates Of Delirium", "Awaken", "The Revealing Science Of God" or "The Ancient"..., they are the (uncrowned?) kings of epic prog.
