I love everything from 2112 through Signals, and I don't have a distinct all-time favorite, but I will vote for my current favorite, A Farewell to Kings.

Pound for pound, Permanent Waves is probably my fave, although its a tight call with several others around the same period...

...Natural Science is my fave track of all time by Rush...

Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

'Moving Picture's' is the only Rush album I can play without skipping a few tracks so it gets my vote!

the rush post-ATWIAS til EEL is the best one. My fav album of this time is the one that introduces me to the Rush world - A Farewell to kings. But either Hemispheres or Caress of Steel (to mention an old album_ could be easily inducted as the best Rush LP.

Moving Picture's is their best album for consistency and I even like Geddy Lee's singing on that one!

i LOVE all of rush's albums, but to me, farewell to kings is the best all around album, with 2112 as a close second.

2112 is easily my favorite 20 minute epic of prog in general :D

Lots of very good choices.

For me, It's gotta be Power Wi ndows. Every track is excellent.

Many albums have perfect performance but these are the most inspired IMHO:
Hemispheres
AFTK
Power Windows (underrated!)
