My vote goes with Clutching At Straws...Afraid Of Sunlight is one of my least favourite albums by Marillion generally...

I haven't heard Afraid Of Sunlight yet . Just a few tracks. Clutching is fantastic, but I can't vote in this thread.

This is easy: I don't like Afraid so much, but Clutching is the worst album with Fish (thanks God he's gone after this). Then I prefer the dark "Afraid of Sunlight" (even if the 2 first songs are "funny" things).

forgive me, but it appears you are trying to compare apples with typewriters... ...they are both as good, though neither perfect...
...and for those who dismiss AoS lightly, maybe you should get it out again, sit back one evening and listen to it through headphones.. with no interruptions....
