Is there anywhere in the world with a decent prog. scene. By Prog scene I
mean a place where theres great live music and musicians. I am a college
music student, and It sucks that I can not find anyone really my age to share
my prog. collection with. I know most of the greatest prog comes out of
England, but is it still there?

You'll be lucky to find a prog rock scene. It took me ages to find prog musicians my age (16), but I managed. There's about 5 or 6 in my town tops I'd say

I'm so prog, I clap in 9/8

Yeah, Quebec has a great post-rock scene, mostly thanks to Constellation Records and all the bands on that label from the province.
