posting at 34 posts per day, 

There are 27 days left in the year,

34 x 27= 918 posts ...

9083 + 918 = 10,001 posts!!! by the end of the year!  

I repeat, this is not a challenge.

Hmm, I wonder if deleting all the closed nonsense threads will have a substantial effect on his post count!

10,000 - 155 = 9845

9845/1.35 = 7293 days

7293/365 = 19.98

So it will take me about 20 years to get to 10,000 posts.

You're including Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Is anyone here desperate enough to be posting on Christmas Day?. MWH - you'll have to up your posting rate a bit!

I've been reading Tom Wolf's the right stuff again. Makes me think of the herioc deeds of MWH, Stonie & cyygie when they 'pushed the posting envelope' earlier in the year.

MWH, Cyggie and Stonie in their specially modified high density posting suits. Wearing these suits allowed them to stay at their keyboads posting for 24 hours a day.
