Either: Dogs, Golf Girl, The Gates of Delerium, or Lizard

Some of the few songs I actually repeat after I listen to them, I usually listen to the entire album without repeating or skipping, but these songs are so good sometimes that they need another run.

If it isn't Fragile, I don't know what is.

OH YES I DO! Yes's signature FM hit. That is Roundabout even if my most listened prog song isn't. Hah, poor English language. I'm sorry. I'll buy you a lollipop.

It is a hard question to answer after all these years of listening to music.

but probably     Gabriels' Oboe - Ennio Morricone -  because it is incredibly peaceful and relaxing - I would usually end a night of listening to progrock stuff  with that song.

   More recently songs such as

PT - Dark Matter, Arriving Somewhere Not Here
Opeth - Atonement, Isolation Years
     DT - Home
Yes - On the Silent wings of freedom

Eternity

I don't have the slightest idea, usually I listen whole albums, so there must be a lot of songs I heard many times.

I use to listen Genesis slightly more than other bands, but not always.

Like Ivan, I cannot give one truly progressive track that I've  played, like, 5:1 more than most other tracks. Actually, the songs I have played the most are NON-progressive tracks. Why?

Because Non-Progresssive songs are 3-5 minutes at best. Have to repeat-play them several times over to get a head full. By contrast, I play something like Supper' Ready (~24 min.) and I'm good for a whole month.

Without a doubt, Supper's Ready.  Me and my friends will just sit there together in silence and listen to that songs for like an hour straight.
My grip must be flipping
Cos his handshake keeps slipping
My hopes keep on dipping
And his lips keep on smiling all the time
