Stop Swimming is my personal favourite, the lyrics to that song are just fantastic.
With magic, you can turn a frog into a prince.
With science, you can turn a frog into a Ph.D. and you still have the frog you started with.

The first album I had ever heard of theres was deadwing, so everything from that ranks really high, and I just love ASbnH. I like how he lyrics strike me as both about Love and Death. It's awsome!

The Sky Moves Sideways Pt 1. What a psych prog epic! I like many of the others on this list but TSMS wins here

Nine Cats
Yes, it is not listed, but it is my favorite PT song!

Trains for me. The acoustic guitar work in that track is brilliant.

I had to choose Trains because Lightbulb Sun, Stars Die, Mellotron Scratch, Collapse the Light Into Earth or The Sound Of Muzak weren't there. Porcupine Tree rules so much it's not even funny. There are so many great songs by them that aren't on the list, and as far as I'm concerned they're the most inventive, original band out there. Steven Wilson is a genius.
