Man ive just winessed the worst most disturbing song and video of my life coheed and cambrias A Favor House Atlantic maybe they have some prog elemets somewhere else i definetly cant see them here the vocalist kind of sounds like Geddy Lee but i dont think ripping off geddys lees voice is very progresive

My connection speed doesn't allow me to watch the video, but you can't judge Coheed and Cambria by their singles.  If that's your only experience of the band, then you have no basis for claiming that they're just as prog as Aqua.  It's like judging Genesis by More Fool Me.

The Willing Well II: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness
(first section may sound kind of "goofy," but the next four minutes make this one of my favourite songs on this album)

21:13
(my favourite from In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3. note: title is a homage to rush, not a "ripoff".)

The Willing Well IV: The Final Cut
(my favourite song on Good Apollo,)
