I would like to see the page index links (<< 1 2 3 4 ... 13 14 >>) at the top of each page as well as at the bottom.

The way it is now (at the bottom only) you have to scroll to the bottom of the page to move to the next page. I scroll back and forth quite often and have more than once pressed the next topic link (and wondered where the heck I am) when my intention was to go to the next page.

I would like to see a return of the drop down list with all the page numbers on it. It was much better that way!
