Only that's Renate Knaup in the first pic and not Uschi Obermaier, with Olaf Kübler and Lothar Meid. .
Here another pic of the whole Amon Düül 2 gang:
Left to right: John Weinzierl (front), Lothar Meid (back), Falk U. Rogner, Renate Knaup, Peter Leopold, Daniel Fischelscher and Chris Karrer.
And another pic of the beautiful Renate:

Sharon Stone's going to sing a cover of "All together now". That's almost proto-prog, so, I win...

During my newbie time here I've never seen such much enthusiasm on any other topic - and I can't blame you guys! I must participate as well. I got convinced of the beauty of (among others) Rachel Jones and Norsola Johnsson (what was her band again?). And somebody had a good reason to vote for Melanie Gabriel. Agree on that! Bjork and Tori Amos surely are attractive too and relatively "prog" considering the whole music world of today.
But my addition to these beauties are ALL the female backing vocalists on Pink Floyd camp. Just check the DVDs/videos of In the Flesh (Waters), In Concert (Gilmour) and A Delicate Sound of Thunder & Pulse (both by Pink Floyd) and WATCH the music! Too many to name all of the ladies there, but my favourites are Katie Kissoon (sings the choruses in Mother in Waters' DVD) and Carol Kenyon (the girl with Floyd on Live8).
But in the end I have to vote my very own girlfriend as the ultimate prog girl, because I'm a hopeless romantic. Eventually I'll manage to teach her to like progressive rock. She's half way there now. She can tolerate some of it now.

Well, here we have some backing vocalists that have to be mentioned:
As the last post says, Katie Kissoon sung for the Floyd, and Roger Waters. And she's extremely beautiful.
What about Karol Kenyon who worked with Jon & Vangelis, Mike Oldfield, Pink Floyd, Fish, Roger Waters, David Gilmour among hundred of artists?:

Renate Knaup of the amazing Amon Düül II, Prog's most sexy woman.
* But for me the most cute woman (not prog though) Grace Slick of Jefferson Airplane *

Thanks for the pictures (and additional information on Kenyon's other employees), Dace! You just proved my point! Those pictures speak for themselves, more than thousands of words from me.

You're welcome! The truth is I started this topic out of boredom with no intention to keep it so long but the thing is that thanks to a lot of contributions i just became an expert on prog female beauties!!!
