Playstation 3 will be hit or miss... as will Xbox 360... as will the Revolution. It all comes down to personal preference. I think I'll get the Revolution and Playstation 3, but Xbox I'll hold out on.

I became disenfranchised with Nintendo during the N64 days.

I got tired of all the cutesy, kiddie games, and seeing most of the cool games get released on the PS1.

The only reason we have a GC,2 Advances and 2 Nintendo DS's are because they were for my kids.

My wife loves Nintendo games though, and has already said we are getting a Revolution when it comes out.

Oh well....I'll play my PS2,PSP and my Playstation 3(I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

I'm buying Revolution as soon as it comes out. That way I'll be able to play the old SNES and NES games that I grew up with.

And by the way, I've already made my reservation for the new Zelda game (due in May).

Same here.I was the first person at my local EB games to pre-order it.

I think The Twilight Princess is going to be incredible.

I have a 5 minute long gameplay movie and it looks really good.

I've heard that it was delayed because they want it to be the last Gamecube game, and because they are still fixing it up to make it the best. It is going to be so good, I can already tell.

Yeah,it was due to be a launch title for the new console...the Revolution.

Then Nintendo changed their minds and are releasing it for the Cube...which is cool.

I hate Nintendo but I would have bought a Revolution for that game alone.

The 3rd game looks killer.

Plyed the 1st. Did NOT like at all.

PS2 games (except for MGS) make me

Not into console games?

You a PC gamer?

No, no....my PC sucks.  I played Half-Life 2 at my friend's house on Friday...and it made me sad that I didn't have a good PC.

I have an XBOX and a Gamecube, no PS2.

I've owned HL2 since it came out, and haven't even played it yet. I am such a big fan of the old games (including Blue Shift).

The game consoles I still own and play are:

Sega Genesis (w/ Sega CD)
Game Gear
Game Boy Advance
Playstation 1 and 2
N64
Gamecube

My PC sucks, but I'm planning on buying a new one in the next month or two. My favorite PC games are Half Life (all of 'em), Yoda Stories (), and Star Wars: Rebellion.

I still have all those, along with an XBOX.

I also still have my:

Super Nintendo

Original 8 bit Nintendo

My Atari that was my prized possesion in the late 70's and about 200 games

an Intellivision(I have been offered a lot of money for that)

So,I guess no one here is a fan of the Grand Theft Auto games then?

It's fun for awhile, but 3 games with the same thing over and over...it gets far too much hype. It is a mediocre series.

I can't help it,I LOVE those games.I hate real structured, linear games, and love the free roaming aspect of it.

San Andreas' enviroment is huge, you have a whole state to play in.And some rpg elements are starting to be incorporated.Eating, weapon skill building, driving skill building, improving your body through lifting weights.

I haven't found a game yet that made me want to play it almost exclusively for almost a year straight(FFX and Legend of Zelda-Ocarina of Time came close)

Halo 2 multiplayer is what I play a lot now. It is really great. The single-player...not so much, though.

I liked the first 3 and Vice City a lot, but never got around to playing San Andreas. In fact, I've only played that game once.
