A mother and father took their six-year-old son to a nude beach. As the boy walked along the beach, he noticed that some of the ladies had boobs bigger than his mother's, and asked her why. She told her son, "The bigger they are the dumber the person is." Pleased with the answer, the boy goes to play in the ocean but returns to tell his mother that many of the men have larger "parts" than his dad. His mother replied, "The bigger they are the dumber the person is." Satisfied with this answer, the boy returned to the ocean to play. Shortly after, the boy returned again. He promptly told his mother, "Daddy is talking to the dumbest girl on the beach and the longer he talks, the dumber he gets."

Oh I've seen the girls=evil thing before. But I couldn't read the post because you had distorted it. I don't bother with bars anymore, but before the internet, it was the only way to get laid. Now with a little cash and a broadband connection, I get laid on a regular basis.

I'm gonna do the same thing.
Cyggie, Prog, what's your favorite movie of the saga?
And of course, "the chosen one" becoming a "master of evil" was all a woman's fault.

A tie between A New Hope and Empire... but Episode 1 will always have a special place in my heart.

Out of the OT it's a toss up between ANH and ESB.I saw ANH in the theaters in 77 when I was 11 and it blew me away. But I love ESB because it is so dark.
Out of the new trilogy, definitely Revenge of the Sith.I waited a long time to witness Anakin Skywalker's turning to the dark side and I was not disappointed.

It's funny. Even though A New Hope was the first one I saw (I saw it before it was Episode IV: A New Hope), I prefer the prequel trilogy to the original trilogy, and a New Hope is my least favorite. So my favorites in order are:
Revenge of the Sith, Attack of the Clones, Empire, The Phantom Menace, Jedi, A New Hope.

On a cool little SW side-note,when I first saw ANH,Star Wars hadn't caught on yet,and there were like 4 people in the theater besides me.
It stayed in my local theater for almost a year and every Sat. I spent my allowance to see SW.
Back then when a movie went out of the theaters you never really had a chance to see it again, unless they showed it on tv years later.
Damn...I feel old.

The best conversation in vdieo game history:
[Raiden's bonds are released and he jumps down. He exits the room and receives a call from the Colonel.]
Colonel : Raiden, do you copy. You must continue your m-mission.
Raiden : I've lost all my gear. I need to locate Snake.
Colonel : He was never factored into the simulation. Leave him out of this.
Raiden : I can't do much naked, especially in this temperature.
Colonel : That's true -- you won't be able to attack or enter the hanging mode, either.
Raiden : I think Snake has my gear.
Colonel : Raiden, take out Solidus and his men. You must recover Arsenal intact.
Raiden : Colonel, are you under orders from the Patriots?
Colonel : Your role -- that is, mission -- is to infiltrate the structure and disarm the terrorists --
Raiden : My role? Why do you keep saying that.
Colonel : Why not? This is a type of role-playing game. The point is that you play out your part -- and I expect you to turn in a perfect performance!
Raiden : Colonel, I just remembered something.
Colonel : What?
Raiden : That I've never met you in person. Not once.
Colonel : ... Complete your mission according to the simulation!
Raiden : Colonel, who are you?
Colonel : No more questions. We have Rosemary.
Raiden : What do you mean by that!
Colonel : Over and out.
[End transmission. Raiden moves ahead but he is interrupted again by the Colonel.]
Colonel : Raiden, turn the game console off right now!
Raiden : What did you say?
Colonel : The mission is a failure! Cut the power right now!
Raiden : What's wrong with you?
Colonel : Don't worry, it's a game! It's a game just like usual.
Rose : You'll ruin your eyes playing so close to the TV.
Raiden : What are you talking about!?
Colonel : Raiden, something happened to me last Thursday when I was driving home. I had a couple of miles to go -- I looked up and saw a glowing orange object in the sky, to the east! It was moving very irregularly... Suddenly, there was intense light all around me -- and when I came to, I was home. What do you think happened to me?
Raiden : What?
Colonel : Fine, forget it...
[Raiden makes his way through Arsenal to the location where he will meet Snake. On his way there the Colonel calls him up several more times but each message gets stranger. The Colonel even declares at one point that he needs "Scissors, 61!" Soon Rose contacts Raiden.]

I know how you feel. Like I said when I first saw it, it was just Star Wars. There was no episode number and no subtitle. That was back in 77. That's before some of these guys were born.

Who is everyone's favorite SW character?
I am obsessed with Boba Fett.
I read all the SW Expanded Universe books and when The Bounty Hunter Wars trilogy came out I was in SW geek heaven
I have my tattooist(who is a fellow SW freak)working on a Boba Fett tattoo design for me.
