   Like most people here, I'm always on the lookout for reliable online outlets for prog (and other music) discs. 
The vast majority of my purchasing is done via Amazon Marketplace, in particular Caiman. However, I also regularly buy from Syn-phonic (Greg Walker's terrific site based in Utah), GFT-Cyclops, Musea, 101cd.com, Camino, and Inside Out. 
On occasion, I also purchase through Ebay, taking the usual precautions that anyone should. 
One outlet that I've never purchased from is www.gemm.com. They act as a "middleman" for sellers, and although the range available is huge, there just seems to be too many dodgy characters around. 
Can anyone out there suggest/recommend any other online outlets with good prog content?

	Try [email protected]. I got Glass Hammer (via E-bay) from there and it arrived within a few days, well-packaged and with a hand-written note from Will.

	I buy most of my online prog purchases from Spin CDs. www.spincds.com They also have a shop hidden in the back streets of Newcastle-upon-tyne with loads of rarities. I try to go at least once a year. Next trip mid Nov when VdGG in Gateshead. Excellent service, nice people.

	Without a doubt, the best I've used ... and now rely on almost exclusively ... is Syn-phonic Music. Greg Walker, the company owner, provides timely service, great customer support, and very reasonable prices. What's more, Syn-phonic Music boasts a very large catalog including many hard to find goodies and rarities. http://synphonic.8m.com/

	My favorite: Wayside Music - Steve F of Cuneiform Records' online store, super fast shipping and unlike Greg, everything he lists on his site he has in stock. Great store especially if you're into the more avant end of things. There's also The Laser's Edge, wide variety of proggy stuff with lots of prog metal. These two and Syn-Phonic account for the vast majority of my CD purchases.
