Ouzo is widely available, and, at least in the form it is imported into Canada, it is no stronger (40%) that other alcohols.
I really don't care for Ouzo's licorice flavour, though. People tend to either love it, or hate it.
I could tolerate one or two, to be polite to a Greek host, but I certainly don't order it in a Greek restaurant.

It's not my favorite (not that I consider it to be a parody, FAR from
it), but I think it's the one that better illustrates that I did choose
whisky.
