I have to admit I didn't feel like seeing it in its entirety when it came out...later I bought the dvd for my father and I only saw the flog scene...I was disgusted enough not to see the rest.

I have a feeling...knowing Mr. Gibson maybe all that gore isn't merely historical accuracy...(not sure about that)

Really i find that movie offensive...It's a horror movie but without meaning....I am not a hardcore christian or anything like that but it seems to me that Mel Gibson just wanted the $$ ..He has to understand that he propably won't make a groundbreaking movie such as Braveheart again......!
