absolutely no-one, because it will mean that they aren't spending their valuable time and skills working on their own, more worthwhile projects...Symph X, take note...
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

^ of course Stream of Passion might turn out to be just another project, but so far they act like a band - they have their own website, the album is a team effort with songwriting contributions not exclusively by Arjen, and - most importantly - a tour is scheduled for January/February.

BTW: It was an excellent idea to choose Damian Wilson's band as the supporting band for the tour, that means they'll be able to play a few Ayreon songs as well.

Stream Of Passion might be another Arjen's project and it does not exclude the possibility of another Ayreon's album (it's now a very well recognized brand, I wouldn't give it up so easily).

However I'm glad that Arjen teamed up with Marcela Bovio. She is wonderful musician and I enjoyed listening to Elfonia.

yet you still have time!

Never heard of them.I checked them out on allmusic.com and can't find that album listed in their discography.

Have you heard Stream of Passion yet?

I would say there would be zero chance of David Jackson or any of the prog rock gods of contributing to an Ayreon lp. More likely, he'll tap the sources of neo prog and prog metal again. I don't really have any "I hope he gets such and such" thoughts, but I do hope it is a good mix of female and male singers and he continues along the lines of The Human Equation and stays away from his Sci Fi stuff.

Except of course, Arjen Lucassen and Ed Warby.

I don't know if any plans of future Ayreon's recordings are publicly known, but we all know that there is no regular band called Ayreon, because its albums are recorded by Arjen Lucassen with guest stars, who change from album to album. So far, such great artists like Fish, James LaBrie or Bruce Dickinson took parts in wonderful concept albums and rock operas.

So which prog artist you would like to hear on next Ayreon's album? My candidates are David Jackson from VDGG, Igor Khoroshev and Chris Squire.

yet you still have time!
