Who's the funniest artist in prog?

I've been to a few Jethro Tull concerts and Ian Anderson is always making witty comments. He gets my vote.

two of the best Comedy albums ever are "Captain Lockheed and the Starfighters" and "Lucky Leif and the Longships" by Rober Calvert. the first has some Monty Pythonesque sketches on it, the second parodies a lot of musical styles (surf, shantiy, experimental, funk, reggae, country, jazz and more)

I agree with those nominated, but there's one group that tops 'em all for me:

SAMLA MAMMAS MANNA.

To my mind, the funniest band in prog - and I don't even understand the words!
