Well the question is.. is it? Well no not in my opinion.Some bad ommissions,notably:

Toccata

The Endless Enigma

Trilogy (the track)

Karn Evil 9 3rd Impression

OK so you can't get everything on but why include

I have Return of the Manticore... 4 CD collection. Other than excluding the studio version of Take a Pebble, I was pretty happy with it.
