   there should be a member "download" center, you guys can put disclaimers up so that theres no way you get in trouble, and this way everyone gets to sample great music and what not.

	Methinks he's been spending too much time on ROM sites and whatnot, thinking disclaimers protect all. There is a download center, it's called the archives. Pick a band, there's a few sample songs, and guess what? Everyone gets to sample great music and whatnot! Asking for more is asking for trouble, plain and simple.
