Mmmm... Rush... Counterparts is a pretty good album, I like Alex's tone, very heavy. Yeah, Nobody's Hero and Leave That Thing Alone are great, I also like Double Agent... Nice and heavy stuff there .

...uuu you really like Counterparts? well, I guess its a matter of taste...I find it awful, no good song there, with the exception of Leave that thing alone...and the lyrics? Now, you cant say that they are that good...well maybe Nobodys heroe...but the others? Alien shore?...no thanks!

I think you are out-numbered, bothy boy...I actually really dig the lyrics to both Alien Shore & Cold Fire....they are really quite perceptive. Added to which, the first 3 tracks are absolute blinders in my book, and the only poor track in my book is 'The Speed Of Love' which really does drag a bit...otherwise, 4.5/5

Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

The Beatles, followed by Yes and Led Zep. This list is pretty close to mine actually, except for U2 and XTC.

Has to be The Who with Genesis a close second. Listen to Quadrophenia - brilliant. I'll leave the prog/not prog debate to those that are better informed than me
