If Jon and Vangelis can be prog, does that mean OMD, the Human League, Depeche Mode and other pop synth bands of the 70/80's be included, after all the halfwit who let them in, admitted to never hearing Jon and Vangelis.

Go hear them again...they are to prog what the Spice girls are to heavy metal. Anyway, wan't the rule at least 50% of their discography meant to be prog...that rules them right out.

Other synth pop bands will never be added, because Jon & Vangelis
clearly were not added for their sound; they were added because they
have Jon Anderson. Other synth pop bands don't have this link to
prog, so they probably won't be added anytime soon. Not saying
this means Jon & Vangelis belong here, mind you -- just an
observation.

You know, there are many prog bands still to be added and others to be derided, Jon and Vangelis have to be laughed at........they are nor ever will be prog. I have all their albums, good music to smooch with the wife to. Prog is nowhere near these two. Maybe individually they are, but together....oh no i've pissed my pants laughing again.
