...sigh...I guess they'll let just about any wheel on the archives nowadays. If someone adds another one like it I'm leaving!

And I am not frightened of dying, any time will do, I
don't mind. Why should I be frightened of dying?
There's no reason for it, you've gotta go sometime.
I never said I was frightened of dying.

Does it turn or just sit there and look pretty?

Not, y'know, that I'm dissing your wheel or anything - I'm totally not - or even this thread. Which is quite clearly the best thread since the start of the forum business anyway, you're clearly correct. Clearly.
But I get the distinct impression you're timing how long it takes for this thread to be moved elsewhere from the "prog music lounge".
Or how long it takes for another thread to pop up, in the same place, discussing the progressiveness of this thread.

I love the "about to crunch under the pressure of the weight of the
car" look. Those bike spokes are not only incredibly stylish but
they also add an element of danger to the look of the car. Holy
Crap that guy is hardcore!

Kinda thought so too.
THat is a fine wheel though, don't get me wrong. I give that at least 4.5/5, and not 5/5 because it is just too round.

The spokes are complex for the sake of being complex. Their surroundings show the true colour of the wheel - boring and uninspired. 1/5 - 1 for actually resembling a wheel at least.

you spell it "tyre" in england?
|
....and in Wales!
|
*rolls eyes*
well, it's on the same f*cking island
i usually have no problem with the "correct" way to spell english words, but that looks a bit silly to me.

Wheel = Tyre, Wheels = Tires. No? This tires me, back to sleeping.
Try listening "The Wheel" from ANEKDOTE'S liverecording from Japan!

Too much metal for my liking - it's a bit of a retread of Images From a Memory Ovacuation if you ask me. It does what it does well, but the perfect circularity and the regular spacing of the spokes aren't exactly prog. 3/5.

it is clearly a very homoesexual wheel; it is far too prissy to be enjoyed properly.

I'd really need to see how the entire car looks to see whether the wheel fits the model/paintjob etc...
It looks like the back right wheel of a Beetle
