Certainly not Scottish. As a studier of people talking and writing bollocks I'd say that yon chappie has caught a very bad case of RobertNewtonitis. This must have been caught whilst watching an unprotected version of Treasure Island. I'm afraid there is no known cure but planks and walking are two words that spring to mind.

In a way I agree with him, but then he's looking for substance, but doesn't care enough to type in a manner understandable to the entire membership.

So whats worse???

Very well put!!!

Give im a break.

We need some characters here. Even if his posts appear to be jibberish to most folk.

Would like to see if Wallace could keep his accent up in a chat room.

Wisdom is not truth
Truth is not beauty
Beauty is not love

If you just ignore the way he writes (and understand the text he writes), his posts are not actually that bad and often make a lot of sense. Just like in this post he has a good point.

I aagree, although some here really dislike the way he posts, Its good to have something a bit diferent. You don't have to read it after all. Some people even post in foreign!

Zeg dat wel.

I like colourful people on the forum. It's fun.

About the early Italian prog: maybe they just didn't have money or studio - experience. Museo Rosenbach is a good example, and PFM too. Compare that to 1977 Locanda Delle Fate...

I remember Wallace from my days at ProgressiveEars.Com.

Never could make out a damn word he said. But always found him funny as hell.

What happened was the reason why I can sleep peacefully knowing that no electronic translator is going to push me out of the job ever!

Yeah, he is funny. And he does have a lot of interesting things to say.

Still, I'm certain some people here simply can't understand his posts, so it's wrong of him to write in this 'dialect' or whatever it is when he can perfectly well write in Standard.

Agree, it was charming in the beginning, but now it's just stupid, ignorant, anoying and boring.

If someone said that about you, you'd be annoyed about a personal attack!

Hey please guys, bury your hatchets finally, and not in each other's heads but preferably in Wallace's (to destroy the part of his brain responsible for his 'dialect').
