	Yep, Carmen is great. At least one of the albums, Fandangos in Space, was out on CD at one point, but I searched a few retailers and found nothing new. You may have to resort to Ebay or file-sharing.

	Saw them with Jethro Tull years ago. Fandangoes in Space is a good not great album, the flamenco thing works to varying degrees along the way. Wish they could have developed it further. Bozzio Levin Stevens kinda built on that same idea on a few songs more recently. think it must be out of print currently. try www7.gemm.com, they should have one or two. Edited by DallasBryan

	Carmen are awful. A couple of englishmen trying to sound like spanish... but without the feeling needed to do it. If you want some good flamenco-rock, try the originals (I mean, the spanish bands): Cai, Alameda (first three albums) and Triana (first four albums), for example. And if you want to listen to the greatest flamenco singer doing flamenco fusion, try Camarón "La leyenda del tiempo". So I don´t really care about where to find any of Carmen releases... . Beleive me, forget them...

Shure, fer sheer musicianship,the Spanish guitar proggers are clear amaingst the varra best, but wha makit Carmen stand oot is the accessable yet challangin' compositioon and the dynamics. Alser there is mair give an' play -ebb an' flow in th' longer pieces tha in similar ains done by th' Spanish. (Noo tae mentioon tha mellotron wark.) Carmen did twa side-long concept tracks -and dems be exceptioonal! Carmen be th' exceptioon tae th' rule. Aye, on a rare occassioon a faux-band CAN acterly surpass th' origernal chops. ('An' dooant fergit tha whan it coom ter origernality, Spain - which came inter th' prog-front late inna scene -could only be a clone o'UK/Italy. Albiet a clone dressed oop wiv Spanish mannerisms. 	I had never heard of them, but I was curious after reading this thread. Now I found some songs (I won't tell you how they came to me) and I have to agree with Carakhallo: they were just *pathetic*... I also think I disagree with Wallace, but I cannot be completely sure on this
