Your first pic dosn't works.

What is it?

What is your Teac?

Is it a VRDS 25 or a VRDS 20?
(Know that the 20 works better, but the 25 is not that bad too!)

Thats  Teac 'T1' transport..

The tube amp is a DARED 'VP-16' i actually think it sounds better than the one your using & no i'm not just saying it to piss you off.

Taking order of a SHANLING 'SCD-T200C' CD player this week..i'm afraid that won't be leaving our house...Bargin i paid £750.00,RRP:£2.150.

My vinyl is going for sale on e-bay

DARED: i have never heard that, i will try and get informations on this issue.
I would be very surprised it beats Jolida, that would mean it's as good as Conrad J.

Shangling Cd players are just average, and cd players with tube output are a joke.
Better get a real good tube, transistor, or hybrid preamp!

Good grief! It looks like something from The Forbidden Planet. I did not know these hybrids existed - I'd love to hear one.

If you're into hifi, know that you make a big mistake to
give up vynil to (bad) CD.

Numeric doesn't works.
Only very expensive cd players work little.
