In my time in this forum, I have not anyone who has 4 yellow stars next to their name.  I understand that you are a Newbie until you post 40 messages, then a groupie until you post 100, and forever after a Senior Member.

5 stars seems to be related to being a collaborator or site official, which is fair enough... but who are the elusive 4 star people?  What are they called?  How do they achieve that status?

I'm just curious, that's all...

Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

ErmmThere is no four-star staus, and this question has come up at least 3-4 times recently. See the thread below, for one:

Thanks Peter,

Although I think that 500 would be a good benchmark, and a kind of customer loyalty bonus to boot... after all, I've got nothing to aim for any more and I'm starting to lose my interest and enthusiasm...

Just look at me, reaching 2000, but not a single decent post, not to mention Gdub and James Lee

That's what we need; a loyalty card: 5 points for every post, and when you reach 500 points, you get 10p off the Grobschnitt album of your choice.
