I just had a crazy thought. What if a toy company released a line of progressive rock action figures? Just think of the possibilities:

Robert Fripp with talking aphorism modulator!

Peter Gabriel equipped with four different masks from the Genesis years!

Keith Emerson including a flammable Hammond organ!

Mike Oldfield with multi-intrumental action!

ATTENTION! This topic was made out of extreme boredom. Please don't crucify me too badly.  Any other ideas?

And I am not frightened of dying, any time will do, I
don't mind. Why should I be frightened of dying?
There's no reason for it, you've gotta go sometime.
I never said I was frightened of dying.

Phil Collins with removeable hair pieces to re-enact the early and latter Genesis years.  Also with karate chop drumming action.
Tell me my life is about to begin
Tell me that I am a hero,
Promise me all of your violent dreams
Light up your body with anger.

Alex Lifeson with realistic hair and matching law
enforcement officer figure for all-out brawling action!

Neil Peart with foe-defeating moustache - features
real whip-action!

Geddy Lee stick figure with detachable double neck
bass, fashion-defying hair (Tm) and built-voice
'glass-shattering' voice chip.
Press his comedy nose and Ged will say the
following key Rush phrases:
"Attention all planets of the Solar Federation"
"And the men who hold high places"
"Hey Alex, who ate all the pies?"

Good stuff!

How about a JP Weathers playset, complete with drumkit, 20 different interchangeable "drumfaces", coke bottle glasses, an Oakland A's outfit, and as an added extra, a cool mini-vibraphone. Other band members sold separately, so if you want to recreate the "drum bash" you'll have to fork over some more dough.

Not only The Wall action figures but Non-prog group "Motley Crue" had action figures made of themselves... I believe they are now very collectable..

Geddy Lee with removable cahonies for that sqrilling
octave. Comes with Playskool keyboard with
popcorn action bubble toy.

of course this is a squeeky toy!

comes with a Star Trek comic book so you can make
your own songs for little Gekky to singalong to.
