Does anybody here remember Tuxedo Moon?

It must've been the early 90's when I first listened to this guys (Holy Wars from 1985 to be more accurate ), and then I believed they played a very rare mixture of progressive rock fusion, but still I cannot determine their genre. I like'em anyway, but their albums are quite impossible to get here in Mexico... does anybody know what have become of them during the years and do they have anymore releases after Soundtracks/Urban Leisure from 2002?

Check this site out, maybe it'd bring you good memories back or you'll just get to know them

Oh, maybe this could clear the air for me a lil bit...

"Tuxedomoon, formed by multi-istrumentists Steve Brown, Blaine Reininger and Peter "Principle" Dachert, were the most erudite of the group. They were also natural descendants of progressive-rock, as demonstrated on Half Mute (1980), that scored pieces for keyboards, saxophone and violin besides the rock trio. The languid, seductive and stately demeanor of those avantgarde chamber lieder absorbed the spirit of both decadentism and surrealism. Their eclectic inspiration turned Suite En Sous-sol (1982) into a stylistic tour de force, running the gamut from chamber music (for unusual combinations of instruments) to disco-pop to world-music to raga-rock to psychedelic-rock to renaissance music etc. Later, on works such as Holy Wars (1985), settled on a form of neo-classical fusion/dance music that harked back to Canterbury's surreal, depressed and elegant jazz-rock". They are one of my all time favorites. You can find more info at http://www.tuxedomoon.org
Above is a fairly good description of their music style, just to mention that they also often incorporated theatre stage performance and video art together with music, so they are more into conceptualist artists than "rock" artists, but I would include them in Archives under RIO/Avant section!
