In first place to all Prog Archives mothers (The only one I know for sure is Threefates, but I assume there must be a couple more).

Also for our moms who have the patience to accept our weird taste in music.

The only good thing about Mother's Day is that the Mothers Of Invention were formed on that day

what a coincidence!

My mom puts up from so much crap from me even now that I dont live with her.  I think most mothers have that kind of patientce, understanding, and unconditional love that makes life more pleasant. Id like to thank mothers all over the world who stuck by thier children in the hard parts of life, for making sure the world doesnt fall apart.

I had a very interesting Mother's Day.  And I got myself a new camera... so I was happy... so I'm sharing my Mother's Day with all of you.. First Ian took me to brunch, then the Basquiat exhibit at the Brooklyn Museum then on to Coney Island for a ride on the roller coaster.... So I'll start with brunch..

My favorite picture from the diner... Ian's arm.. Laughing

Then my spotted celebrity of the day... St. Nick vacationing in the big apple.. when I asked him where Mrs. Claus was, he said she was visiting the kids in Miami... Laughing I'm becoming a paparazzi photographer...

Then off to the museum where I saw an exhibit that represented my life story... do you get it???

Then off to Coney Island to ride the coaster. This coaster is famous, from around when Harry Houdini was a kid and use to do his act here on the Broadwalk.. it's wooden and shakey and you generally come off bruised...

And this is my sunset shot for the day... this is what use to be the "Parachute Jump" ride.. its also over 100 years old, but no longer used..its now just a landmark. But now this shot really represents Brooklyn, NY...
