Blocked members returning-WHY?

I understand it that Lostrom was ejected and blocked from this forum....

....if that is the case and FLOWERCHILD having admitted to being "he",why is Flowerchild allowed to continue posting?

As a member who was at the receiving end of Lostrom's bizaare,aggressive,ant-social behaviour I find it appalling that he has returned:

How come I always miss these? They're always gone by the time I log on. Only one time did I see Karny9 and Flowerchild go at it, and that was quite the hilarious episode. Needless to say, Maani yanked it before the sun rose over the Thames.

I don't think it's right that Flowerchild can just come back in to our forum whenever he feels like it and denounce Snow Dog and Tony R as being 'Evil', then go away again.

Is the guy going to be a constructive, positive member of this forum, or is he here just to seek attention, cast insults and leave a bad taste in the mouth for many of us users?

I think the admins ought to stop him from returning until he can demonstrate that he play nicley and not have to resort to behaving like a spoilt brat.
