OK, here's mine: -
1) Strawberry Fields Forever - a work of genius and two different versions of the song (in 2 different keys) stuck together!
2) I Say Nothing - Voice of the Beehive
3) Maid in Heaven - Be Bop Deluxe
4) Carpet Crawlers - Genesis
5) Baba O'Reilly - The Who
6) Hello Goodbye - The Beatles
7) This Woman's Work - Kate Bush
8) New Rose - The Damned
9) When the Levee Breaks - Led Zep
10) And You And I - Yes

Are you suggesting that And You And I isn't prog?  I can see where you're coming from with Carpet Crawlers, but there's no way that AYAI isn't prog.

I agree - I was copying the list from my PDA and by the time I got to 10, I'd forgotten that it was supposed to be a non-prog Top 10. I would therefore remove Carpet Crawlers and And You And I and replace them with Electrolyte (REM) and Sweet Thing (Van the Man).

Nice choice at number 2 - an obscure but very good Beatles song. Number 5 is cool too.
