where/when do you listen to prog?

Anytime I want,about 10 hours per day...

I know exactly how that is, but IMO I think it's better to be broke with endless time at home to spend listening to music during the summer, then to work all day, be miserable, and have only a couple of hours to listen to music only to fall asleep to it because your work schedual is so tite and the only free time you have is for sleeping.

I heard about an article in some random Australian music magazine OK Computer by Radiohead is the most listened to album in Australia while making love. Weird.

Maybe you can get a job taking one of those summer school camps in the USA. or...what about busking??...or write a script and send it to Tim Brooke Taylor or Bill Oddie. I remember, quite a few years ago, having a weekend job selling danish pastries at the market in Portebello Road in London. The US tourists loved the pecan pies we used to sell them. Of course, if one of those many habits of yours is the same as Oliverstoned then your probably best moving into horticulture fulltime. no I don't think TP is into hydroponics ...

If you're actually interested then my many habits include:

• Prog (obviously)
  
• A rabid comedy obsession which keeps me chained to the TV schedules and the DVD news sites,
  
• Writing, acting and so on
• Collecting books by P G Wodehouse
• Drawing and if I feel up to it painting
• Talking loudly at people about things they're much less bothered about than I am
• Spending far more time than is necessarily healthy with my aforementioned girlfriend
• Collecting objects that interest me and later get used in improvisations. The other week I bought a brass hunting horn that in all probability I couldn't afford and most certainly didn't need.
• Other things.
  

So yes... I'm a normal, healthy teenager. Oh yes I am...

Trous, I don't know any teenagers that collect P G Wodehouse. You are one of a kind.

All teenagers however should listen to prog, have a healthy interest in comedy, act, write, draw and paint while talking loudly to people as well as have a brass hunting horn and spend plenty of time with their girlfriends (in the country). 
 
It keeps them from pestering their parents for money and provides protection from attacks from rabid foxes.

By the way, what is a 'necessarily' healthy time to spend with a girlfriend??

In the car, and at the computer mostly

usually on the 'puter (cygnus, don't be dirty) or in the car. i like to have music as background music. i don't like just sitting somewhere and listening to music that much.

Yeah, my hubby is a reluctant prog listener ... headphones work best (he wears them to block out the sound ) ... however, he did come with me to see Yes in Melb. 2 yrs ago  ... so its gradually sinking in ... oh, and he says he cant listen to Kasey Chambers anymore - a small victory methinks!
