I would say "Snow" because that's the one that first got me into them and it made an immediate impact. Having said that, the only other one I have is "Octane", which is also good.

To be honest,I would start with their first album,the excellent "The Light".Then just work your way up from there.Personally I would stop at Snow because I don't really dig SB without Neal Morse.

V or The Kindness of Strangers. Snow is good as well. In fact the whole SB catalogue is good though I would suggest you start with the Neal Morse based Spocks material before you buy Feel Euphoria or Octane.

Anything with Neal Morse in it will suffice,but you should really start at the beginning and leave after "SNOW"

I agree that you should start from the begining. But don't stop at Snow. If you can find the SE version of Octaine with the second cd, get it. It is well done and a good listen.
My personal favorite is the album Day For Night, followed by Snow, Octaine, The Kindness of Strangers and The Light.
