Who is this "Arcer" guy?

Yup.... a long time out of the game can do that to a guy. He loses his edge, his mojo stops working, he goes out there and crowd crucifies him, and for what? For a few lousy laughs. A couple of cheap shots aimed at the cheap seats. It ain't worth it I tells ya...
