A few years back he was working on a UK reunion album, including the original four members. Things started to unravel, and somehow Wetton dropped out, and then the project was going under the name Legacy. I know Bruford worked on it for quite a while. My increasingly fuzzy memory says Tony Levin was involved too. Unfortunately, last I heard the project was abandoned. Drag, cause Jobson spent years on it. his web site: www.eddiejobson.com his company's web site: www.globemusicmediaarts.com And here's a link to an article on Jobson and Legacy, etc. |

And Mr Jobson was one of the photographic "pretty boy" models for the cover of Zappa's Zoot Allures although my liner notes don't indicate him playing ( nor Patrick O'Hearn photographed too - is the third Bozzio???) |

Eddie Jobson is great on Zappa's 'In New York'. His moog solo on 'I promise not to come In your mouth' (awful song title I know) is just fantastic. As is the rest of his playing.

Hey, Greenback, where I can find "The Green Album" on CD? I love Jobson's work with Roxy Music, Jethro Tull and UK, but I never found any of his solo albums. "The Green Album" was released in Brazil shortly after it's original release (glorious, old days of vinyl releases), but I never found a copy. |
