...and if you had the opportunity, would you do it again? I like to think that if I get away with it once, I could probably pull it off at least one or two more times before I got caught.

As a medical student i have to look forward to the very real prospect
of inadvertantly causing the death of a patient under my care (assuming
i pass my degree that is)
But neither I nor anyone else on this forum (as far as i know) would
actually plan to go out and kill someone, and I find the idea of that
disgusting.

No, the joke is to go up to someone and ask, "If you could ever kill again, would you do it?" Most of the time people just say, "I've never killed!!!" I just find it humorous to so plainly ask such an extraordinary question.  The joke IS NOT about me looking anything like Jack Black. I'll post my pic sometime.

I used to do heavy serial killing on roaches in my old flat, I upgraded to six floor now and I hope they don't know how to use the elevator.

I served in the Marine Corps and saw it more than once (Grenada, Panama and Iraq back in '91). I hope I never have to see it again...no one should ever have to see it. People don't just die, they plead for help, they scream for their mothers all the while watching their life ebb away.
Dick Winters led a company of the 101st Airborne back in WW2 (from the book/movie Band of brothers). In it he said and I quote him loosely "if I ever come out of this alive, I'll go home to my farm and live the rest of my life in peace".
