The 593 Collective and KUSH are proud to present:

Guapo
Heavy as hell keyboard driven progressive nightmare. Like Tarantula Hawk/Early-mid period Neurosis on a very bad trip. Newly signed to Mike Patton's Ipecac Label. Guapo will f**k with your head/soul/concept of space and time..... Be afraid!

Designer Babies
Mr bungle meets the Melvins and Melt banana at an orgy.....
Arty post-everything noise rawk from Nottingham.

Ack Ack Ack
Melt Banana/Rapeman style damage from Brighton. 2 men, a drum machine and a wall of noise.

Mc Bastard
Solo syth stuff like sitting in a dark room while simultaneously listening to the soundtracks from Twin Peaks and The Omen on a constant loop. Possibly Backwards.

Saturday 16th April
The Old Angel, Nottingham
Doors 7.30pm sharp!
Five Quid

I will see Guapo in Frankfurt, I'm really excited because I really love this band. Really heavy Zheul/RIO

I saw them in Brussels on April 3rd , that was fairly awesome. Very energetic show. Somewhere between Crimson, Magma and GYBE!. Nebelnest and late Djam Karet are also in the same vein.

let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword
