Feel free to use quotes,quote and be quoted in quote unquotes.

It's not technically a noun, despite having slipped into common usage. It should always be "quotation".

Depends on how you're using it - if it's to describe a passage quoted, as in 'Can you tell me where my country lies...' it's a quotation, if it's to describe a price quoted, as in 'I need a quote for my insurance claim' then it's a quote.

I'm not sure on price quotes, but to call something quoted a quote is technically inaccurate.
